1. Membership Eligibility & Account
Automatic Enrollment: Membership is automatically activated upon successful registration on the Cariigo App. No additional registration is required.
Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted only one (1) account. Accounts are uniquely identified by a verified mobile phone number and linked email address. Multiple registrations are strictly prohibited.
Identification & Termination: Cariigo reserves the right to use device fingerprinting and other technical means to prevent fraudulent or duplicate account creation. Upon voluntary account closure or suspension due to violation of these terms, all accumulated Cash Back, Credits, and Membership Tiers will be immediately forfeited and permanently voided.
2. Tier Definition & Maintenance
Membership tiers (Member, Silver, Gold) are determined by cumulative spending within a rolling 365-day period starting from the date of registration.

Downgrade Policy: If the spending threshold is not met within the 365-day validity period, the membership status will be adjusted according to the actual spending in the preceding 365 days.
3. Cash Back, Credits & Exclusions
No Cash Value: "Cash Back" and "Cash Credit" (or "Cariigo Cash") are virtual promotional rewards only. They have no cash value (No Cash Value), cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, and are non-transferable.
Calculation (Net Purchase Amount): Cash Back is calculated strictly on the net purchase amount. This is the final amount paid out-of-pocket after deducting any applied discounts, Cash Back used, Store Credits, taxes, and shipping fees.
Tier Rates: Member: 1%; Silver: 2%; Gold: 3%.
Validity: Standard Cash Back is valid for 180 days from the date of issuance. Expired Cash Back will be forfeited.
Refunds & Negative Balance: In the event of a return or refund, the corresponding Cash Back earned from that transaction will be automatically deducted. If the Cash Back has already been spent, the account will reflect a negative balance until offset by future earnings.
Gift Card Exclusions: The purchase of Cariigo Gift Cards does not earn Cash Back. However, purchases made using a Gift Card are eligible for Cash Back based on the net item value.
4. Birthday Rewards
Benefit: A $20 Birthday Cash Credit is issued to eligible members on the 1st day of their birth month.
Expiration: The credit is valid until 11:59 PM Pacific Time (PT) on the last day of the birthday month.
Usage: This credit is separate from regular Cash Back and can be used across the platform, including the Local Life section.
5. Referral Program
Invitee Reward: New users joining via a referral link receive $10 Cash (valid for 15 days) for their first order.
Referrer Reward Timing: The referrer receives their $10 Cash (valid for 15 days) after the invitee's first order has been successfully delivered (status marked as Delivery Completed). Limit: 10 referrals per account.
Referral Clawback: If the invitee returns or refunds their qualifying first order, Cariigo reserves the right to revoke the $10 reward from the referrer's account. This may result in a negative balance if the reward was already used.
6. Shipping Policy
Scope: All free shipping benefits (including monthly free shipping vouchers and unlimited free shipping) apply exclusively to Cariigo's direct-sale products (Cariigo Vendor Central) and are limited to standard shipping within the Contiguous United States.
Additional Charges: Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. territories, as well as orders containing non-direct-sale (third-party) items, will incur additional shipping fees as determined at checkout.
7. Right to Modify
Program Modifications: Cariigo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Membership Program, including these Terms and Conditions, tier thresholds, and reward values, at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.

1. 会员资格、账号说明与注销
自动加入： 凡在 Cariigo App 完成注册的用户即自动获得会员资格，无需额外申请。
账号唯一性： 一个手机号仅限绑定一个账户。Cariigo 严禁重复注册，并将通过设备指纹识别等技术手段防范违规行为。
注销与封禁： 一旦用户主动注销账户，或因违反平台规则被封禁，账户内所有未使用的返现 (Cash Back)、礼金及会员等级将立即作废，不可恢复。
2. 等级定义与保级机制
会员等级（Member、银卡、金卡）根据自注册日起每 365 天内的累计消费金额判定。

降级规则： 等级有效期结束后，系统将根据用户在过去 365 天内的实际消费额重新计算等级。
3. 返现 (Cash Back)、礼金及排除条款
无现金价值 (No Cash Value)： 平台所有的 “Cash Back” 及 “Cash Credit”（或 Cariigo Cash）仅为虚拟营销奖励，无任何法定货币价值，不可提现，不可转让。
计算基数 (实付净额)： 返现严格按照订单的实付不含税金额计算。即扣除已使用的优惠折扣、返现抵扣部分、运费及税费后，用户实际额外支付的金额。
返现比例： Member: 1%；银卡: 2%；金卡: 3%。
有效期： 常规消费产生的返现有效期为 180 天，过期自动清零。
退款及负数账户： 发生退款时，系统将自动扣回对应订单产生的返现。若该笔返现已被用户消费导致余额不足，账户将显示为负数，需通过后续消费填平。
礼品卡排除： 购买平台礼品卡 (Gift Card) 不产生返现；但使用礼品卡消费购物时，可正常产生返现。
4. 生日礼金
权益： 符合条件的会员在生日当月 1 号可获得 $20 Cash Credit。
有效期： 礼金于生日当月最后一天晚上 23:59（太平洋时间 PT）失效。
使用范围： 生日礼金独立于常规返现，可用于平台所有商品及“本地生活”板块。
5. 邀请机制 (Referral)
被邀请人： 通过链接注册可得 $10 Cash（15 天有效），限首单使用。
奖励发放时机： 被邀请人的首单包裹显示为“已签收 (Delivered)”后，邀请人方可获得 $10 Cash（15 天有效）。单账号邀请上限为 10 人。
退款防刷保护： 若被邀请人对其首单申请退货退款，Cariigo 保留撤回邀请人账户中该笔 $10 奖励的权利。若奖励已被消费，邀请人账户可能会变为负数。
6. 物流政策
适用范围： 所有免邮权益（包括每月免邮券及无限次免邮）仅适用于 Cariigo 自营商品 (Cariigo Vendor Central)，且仅限运往美国本土 48 州的标准物流。
额外运费： 运往夏威夷、阿拉斯加及美国其他海外领地的订单，或订单中包含非自营（第三方卖家）商品的，需根据结算页面的实际情况加收额外的运费。
7. 条款修改与终止权
保留权利： Cariigo 保留随时单方面修改、暂停或终止会员体系及其任何规则（包括但不限于等级门槛、返现比例、过期时间等）的最终权利，且无需提前通知。
